What should I do if my watch is no longer responding?

In case of a software problem with your watch and considering that a normal shutdown does not work and that the battery is not discharged, it is possible to do a forced shutdown. To do this, you just have to stay and press the top-right button up to 30 seconds while ignoring the status and any changes in the display. The watch then turns off and it should be possible to start it by pressing again the top-right button but for 3 seconds only.
